We are hiring a highly analytical, creative, over-achiever for a part-time or full time position (part-time can become full-time in the future) to learn and eventually manager our SEM (search engine marketing) and SMM (social media marketing) paid channels including Adwords, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn ads, and much more. A successful candidate will ultimately have a long term career on a rapidly growing, fully distributed remote team focused on tech enabled commercial real estate lending in an industry ripe for a seismic shift. Responsibilities will include:
- Constant Google Analytics hygienics
- Dashboard creation and monitoring
- SEM & PPC management (Adwords, Bing, LinkedIn, FB)
- Organic traffic and SEO tracking
- Challenging the CEO with new ideas and creative questions
- Creating action items
- Prioritizing and creating KPIs
- CRO testing
- Manage lead flow reporting
